Terms of Use

Acceptance

Kaihon is a network of communities run by AIS Development. By signing in to or using Kaihon you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kaihon.

These Terms apply from 2 November 2026. If we change them we will tell you in the app before the change applies, and using Kaihon afterwards means you accept it.

Who may use Kaihon

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are in the European Union and under 16, use Kaihon only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for what happens through your account. Do not use someone else's account or pretend to be someone else.

What you post

What you write and upload - blogs, records, comments, messages and pictures - stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, free permission to store it and show it inside Kaihon to those allowed to see it, for as long as it is posted.

Do not post anything illegal, anything that harasses or threatens someone, sexual content, anything that stirs up hatred, spam, or anything you have no right to share. Kaihon's filter blocks some of this automatically, and links out of a community are blocked.

Communities and their leadership

Each community has a founder, a leadership and committees that run it, including moderation: muting, hiding, banning or warning a member, or hiding what they posted. These decisions are recorded, and you can appeal a mute or a ban from inside the app.

We can also suspend an account or remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

Coins and points

Coins, points, levels and titles in Kaihon are earned only by using the app. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and do not leave their community.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from the web page. It is deleted at once and cannot be brought back. What you wrote that others read stays, signed "Deleted member", as the Privacy Policy explains.

If you found a community, it passes to the member you choose - or, if you choose nobody, at random to a member of its leadership - and it is deleted with you if nobody else is in it.

Warranty and liability

We provide Kaihon as it is. We work to keep it running well, but do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what members post, nor for indirect harm arising from using Kaihon.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the competent Moroccan courts hear any dispute about them - without taking away rights your own country's law gives you that cannot be waived.
